Glenda was born in the UK, but grew up in Zimbabwe (then Rhodesia). She married Mark Watson (way back) in 1978 and they immigrated to South Africa in 1984.

Glenda has spent most of her working career as a financial administrator. She got involved in the real estate industry by accident and finally found her niche.

Glenda's optimistic attitude and helpful nature has resulted in Kruger Real Estate growing from a one man firm focusing on Farms & Lodges in 2005 to an operation with branches in Hoedspruit and Phalaborwa, offering a broad spectrum of specialized property services.

She studied at the Pretoria Technicon, lived and worked at various reserves in South Africa, and currently resides in the lovely Timbavati Private Nature Reserve. She and her husband Paul are keen fishermen and love the sea.

Knowledgeable, experienced and energetic, Rose is passionate about Real Estate. Rose completed the Estate Agency Affairs Board exam in 2005, the University of Cape Town Sectional Title Course in 2007, the ATS 3 course in 2009 and the NQF 4 Real Estate requirement in 2009.

Rose likes to give her clients personal attention and an all round service, assisting with all their property needs.

Ricardo has a mechanical and farming background and grew up in the Lowveld.

Ricardo got involved in the Real Estate Industry in 2006 – joining Kruger Real Estate in Phalaborwa in 2007.

Initially concentrating in the game farms arena, Ricardo then branched out into the mines and commodities market.

Ricardo currently specializes in game farms around Gravelotte, Balule and Phalaborwa.

Thys joined the air force after he left school and he is still passionate about flying. In 1996 he & his wife Lorraine started their own Tour Guide Company – allowing Thys to indulge in his other passion - photography.

Affectionately known as 'Oom Thys' in the Hoedspruit community, Thys has a large social presence as he has many business ventures and has also been a Real Estate agent since 1997.

Tony was born in Cape Town and has a background in cheffing and game lodge management. He and his wife ran lodges in Botswana for a number of years.

With their daughter growing up by the day, Tony and his wife decided that living in a tent was not the best idea and headed for Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. Their reasoning? In Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, where they currently reside, their family can combine their love of the bush with the practicality of an actual house and the proximity to town.

Tony joined the Kruger Real Estate (Hoedspruit) team in February 2011 and has since assisted many clients in finding lifestyle property.

With consistent drive and vibrancy, Tony's diligence has made him the go-to guy for happy clients.

Tor is the original Viking – always looking to venture into pastures new!!

Tor is a qualified chef – and worked the cruise ships - catering for huge volumes of people. Since moving to SA 10 years ago he’s been involved in the hospitality industry. Tor operates tours to Mozambique where he also owns property.

You can’t miss Bertha’s enthusiasm for life... she just glows!!

Organized, conscientious, professional, Bertha has only recently joined the Kruger Real Estate Phalaborwa team. Bertha is always ready to help and really does go that extra mile for clients - from buyers to tenants, everyone loves her! As a reflection of her clients' trust, she has already obtained several sole mandates as a newby to the business!

Bertha and her husband Herman currently live in the Silonque Private Game Reserve (Now Mahlathini Private Game Reserve) and free time is spent traveling - Herman is a keen rally driver.

Brenda Nel has been in real Estate for quite some time now. A new member of the team, Brenda is professional and driven.

Kathy grew up in the UK and came to South Africa after her schooling was complete.


Kathy has a background in the hospitality industry (her husband was an outfitter) and her interests still lie in catering and people.

She joined Kruger Real Estate in Phalaborwa in 2008 but has recently joined the political arena – becoming a ward representative for the DA in Phalaborwa.

Her duties there no longer allow her time to take people to view properties, but she is an active and useful member of our network.

The newest team member, Skye Strydom, joined the Hoedspruit branch in December 2011 in the Executive Office Listing Administrator position.

Skye recently moved to Hoedspruit from Johannesburg, but is originally from Kwazulu Natal.

She studied Nail Technology after school and received a Diploma and is currently Studying Child Psychology through correspondence.

A keen and efficient learner and we foresee a long and successful journey with Kruger Real Estate!

Louise grew up in the Grietjie Private Nature Reserve and joined the Kruger Real Estate team in 2009.

She’s a critical member of the team being responsible for all our marketing and promotional material. Louise writes books in her spare time and expects to be published next year.
