Restrictions include:

• a maximum of 3 purchasers and an additional 3 nominated users on the property at any time.
• No one is allowed onto the reserve unless in the company of a nominated user.

This is one of the most eco-friendly reserves to be found around the greater Kruger National Park area.

Most of the homes overlook the Olifants River, one of the biggest perennial rivers in South Africa.
