Game management is provided by the Kruger National Park, part of which is an annual census across the entire Greater Kruger conservation area.

Ownership of property in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve is freehold title.

The properties are owned and occupied largely by private individuals/families.

Also, less than ten properties have commercial operations.

Policies are decided by the Executive Committee and enforced within the bounds of the constitution.
