Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate is situated 1 km outside the business hub of the small vibrant town, Hoedspruit.
The theme of this estate is "stones'" This is a lovely wildlife estate with excellent infrastructure. All roads are sand sealed. Gutters on the road verges are stone packed.
All houses must be of a natural colour and can have any roof, but must have some stone packed somewhere on the building.
Only one third of your stand can be fenced to allow for grazing for the animals.
Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate comprises of 480 Full title stands, most of them set privately on approximately 5000 square meters. The whole estate is 680ha of which 330ha is open space.
There is an exclusive area with private access which only has 14 stands which are set slightly apart, some nice bush stands with mountain views, others along the river bed, all having magnificent trees. This is a very private part of the estate.

There are a number of "lodges" which are available for rental for short term or long term. All lodges on the estate are privately set on unfenced 5000 sq m stands. The area overlooks Mariepskop in the Drakensberg mountains.
Wildlife such as impala, kudu, zebra, giraffe, warthog and many more roam freely between the lodges, making your stay at Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate an unforgettable African experience.
Hoedspruit is situated in Limpopo, close to the Kruger National Park. Attractions in the area include nearby golf courses, hiking trips, game trips, bird watching and the Hoedspruit Research and Breeding Centre for Endangered Species, including the unique Cheetah project or Maholoholo Rehabilitation Centre.
The estate can be reached by car (420km from Pretoria), daily flights from Johannesburg to the Eastgate Airport at Hoedspruit or even by the new Premier Class railway coach to the Hoedspruit railway station.
Here the African bush can be experienced with a modern Pick 'n Pay anchored shopping centre right at the entrance to the wildlife estate. Nearly all you need is available in Hoedspruit.
