Blyde Wildlife Estate

The Blyde Wildlife estate is 380 hectares in extent. The development is situated at the foot of the Drakensberg, with four kilometers frontage on the beautiful Blyde River. The 154 residential stands are tucked away in typical bushveld vegetation.

This stands has breathtaking views of the mountains in the distance. The estate is game-fenced, with plenty of game, including giraffe, zebra, nyala, bushbuck, steenbuck, grey duiker, kudu, blue wildebeest, impala, waterbuck, warthog and hippo. The 24-hour access control, roving pickets and fence afford excellent security to the owners. The stand is serviced with 3-phase electricity and purified water.

Each owner eventually becomes a co-owner of the remainder of the farm through membership in the Blyde Wildlife Estate Home Owners Association. There are no restrictions as to when building operations should commence. The Home Owners Association is controlled by the homeowners themselves, who, in turn makes the building rules etc. Thatched roofs and other basic specifications are to ensure that all structures blend into one large Wildlife Estate.

Blyde Wildlife Estate offers an excellent opportunity for capital growth or permanent residence right in the middle of the Valley of Olifants. It is only 14 kilometers from Hoedspruit and 65 kilometers from the Kruger National Park.
