" unique opportunity to enjoy exclusive game viewing "
The Klaserie Private Nature Reserve is one of South Africa's best kept secrets, in part because of the limited number of commercial lodges in the area.
With 60,000 hectares on either side of the Klaserie River, the prestigious reserve offers a unique opportunity to enjoy exclusive game viewing.
Whole ownership and shared options are available.
...one good reason to rather buy in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve!
The Klaserie Private Nature Reserve is legally constituted as an association of 90 owners / members, governed by a constitution and managed by an Executive Committee and Warden.
Game management is provided by the Kruger National Park, part of which is an annual census across the entire Greater Kruger conservation area.
Ownership of property in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve is freehold title.
The properties are owned and occupied largely by private individuals/families.
Also, less than ten properties have commercial operations.
Policies are decided by the Executive Committee and enforced within the bounds of the constitution.
Examples of such policies are commercialization and building regulations with which members must comply.
The Klaserie Private Nature Reserve is financially strong and is planning to reinvest in order to return the reserve's habitat to the best possible state in order increase the quality of the environment, thereby ultimately increasing the diversity of species in the reserve.
The Klaserie Private Nature Reserve also strongly support the upliftment of local communities and is an active participant in a number of research projects including elephant, buffalo and ground hornbill.
The Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, Umbabat Private Nature Reserve and Balule Private Nature Reserve together comprise the Association of Private Nature Reserves (APNR) which deals with matters of common interest.
